Tie The Knot is excited to partner with the Human Rights Campaign again as part of it's #GiveOUT campaign: 5 weeks of giving to support LGBTQ rights. All profits raised via the sale of our bow ties between November 27 and December 3 will be donated to the Human Rights Campaign.
The Human Rights Campaign represents a force of more than 1.5 million members and supporters nationwide. As the largest national lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer civil rights organization, HRC envisions a world where LGBTQ people are ensured of their basic equal rights, and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community.
- The Human Rights Campaign Will Fight Back to Protect Our Progress. HRC will fight back every time someone in the Trump White House or in the Cabinet tries to roll back LGBTQ rights. We must work to block and stop each and every attempt.
- HRC Advocates for Fair-Minded Supreme Court Justices. Donald Trump has vowed to appoint ultra-conservative justices who will tip the scale against equality. We must be prepared to raise our voices in a chorus of protest –– to do everything possible to prevent an all-out rollback of LGBTQ rights.
- HRC Vows to Take Hate Out of Every State. In the coming year, HRC will be on guard — and on the ground — in states across the country or we risk losing our hard-won gains. You can help us stop states from legalizing discrimination, and advocate for state laws that protect LGBTQ people where they live and work –– stay engaged, be vigilant and speak out.
- HRC Fights for Transgender Equality. Your support will bring visibility to the discrimination and violence transgender people experience daily and break down the barriers of injustice that prevent transgender people from living safe and full lives. With your help, HRC will fight against every bill targeting transgender people for discrimination that will be introduced in 2017.
