Colton Haynes & Menswear Bloggers Design for Tie The Knot

As part of our fall 2016 bow tie collection launch with The Tie Bar, we are so excited to announce that actor Colton Haynes, and menswear bloggers Moti Ankari (The Metro Man), Marcel Floruss (One Dapper Street), and Nathan McCallum (Bangarang Blog) have joined our extensive list of guest designers!

“I am so happy to help support Jesse & Justin - and Tie The Knot - with their fun and impactful approach to advocating for LGBTQ equality,” says Haynes. “Tie The Knot combines two very important aspects of my life - fashion and equality. It has never been so easy to support an important cause, and I am glad to be part of it.”

Each guest designer designed their ties inspired by vintage style and their favorite fashion/lifestyle concepts: vintage cameras, travel, denim, and more.

We are grateful to have Colton, Moti, Marcel, and Nathan join our guest designer list and we are thankful for their support in advocating for LGBTQ equality through their Tie The Knot bow ties and beyond!

Tie The Knot Launches Fall Bow Tie Collection

We are happy to announce our latest collection of limited edition bow ties launching today!

The latest collection includes the addition of actor Colton Haynes and three of the top menswear industry bloggers: Marcel Floruss (One Dapper Street), Moti Ankari (The Metro Man), and Nathan McCallum (Bangarang Blog) to Tie The Knot’s extensive list of guest designers. The collection will be available exclusively at The Tie Bar and $20 of every $25 purchase will be donated directly back to Tie The Knot for our LGBTQ advocacy efforts.

This season’s guest designers, actor Colton Haynes and bloggers Marcel Floruss (One Dapper Street), Moti Ankari (The Metro Man), and Nathan McCallum (Bangarang Blog) each created a one-of-a-kind bow tie to support Tie The Knot.

“I am so happy to help support Jesse & Justin - and Tie The Knot - with their fun and impactful approach to advocating for LGBTQ equality,” said Haynes. “Tie The Knot combines two very important aspects of my life - fashion and equality. It has never been so easy to support an important cause, and I am glad to be part of it.”

The 16 custom designs come in a variety of saturated jewel and earth tone hues of navy, crimson, brown, olive, and dusted blues. Tie The Knot and the guest designers each drew inspiration from past memories, travel, or personal style and mixed it with vintage prints; recreated with a modern twist through the latest on-trend colors, textures, and fabrications. A whimsical piece of the past meets a touch of the present day.
